The present invention relates to an anti-vibration apparatus which is composed of an inserting member and a buffering member installed between a hydraulic breaker main body and a bracket and more particularly, to an anti-vibration apparatus for a hydraulic breaker which has a concave groove where the inserting member of an anti-vibration apparatus mounted in a front head part is inserted, whose front side is open, and whose back side is closed. The anti-vibration apparatus for a hydraulic breaker, according to the present invention, is mounted between both sides of the front head of the hydraulic breaker main body and the bracket. The anti-vibration apparatus comprises: a first and a second inserting member which are mounted in a first and a second convex groove formed on both sides of the front head at regular intervals in the front and back direction; a buffering member which is mounted between the first and second inserting members; a penetrating hole which is formed in the bracket side of a part where the buffering member is positioned; and an elastic member which is inserted into the penetrating hole. A plate-shaped cover is fastened to the outer surface at both sides of the bracket by fastening bolts and adheres to the elastic member so that the elastic member can be mounted to closely compress the buffering member and the first and second inserting members. The first and second convex grooves have an open front side and a closed back side. Protective frames are fixated to the outer surface of both sides of the bracket respectively. The cover is positioned to be inserted into the inside of the protective frame so that the cover can maintain the position thereof even when vibration and impacts apply. |
