An automatic distribution processing method about the amount of deposit money of a customer according to the present invention includes the following steps of: determining whether the amount of money which the customer deposits in a bank is not less than the amount of money within a depositor protection limitation or not; processing the deposit as much as the amount of the depositor protection limitation in a main bank account when a bank account which the customer is willing to deposit is called as the main bank account in case the amount of the deposit money is not less than the depositor protection limitation; and processing a deposit to a subsidiary bank account about the excess amount of the depositor protection limitation when a bank account of another bank according to a business agreement with the bank is called as the subsidiary bank account about the main bank account.
