The present invention comprises a settlement rod which is inserted into an insertion hole of a tank of a torpedo laddle car to sink under molten iron and a floating block which is installed at the upper part of the settlement rod to float on the molten iron. According to the present invention, the invention takes advantages to accurately measure the amount of slag, which is not filtered by a skimmer and flowing into the tank of the torpedo. |
