<p>Provided is an internal voltage generating circuit which includes: a comparing unit which generates an enable signal by comparing the voltage level of a reference voltage with the voltage level of a feedback voltage; an internal voltage generating unit which generates an internal voltage corresponding to a power voltage in response to the enable signal; a voltage detecting unit which generates a control signal by detecting a voltage level difference between the power voltage and the internal voltage; and a feedback unit which generates a feedback voltage by distributing the internal voltage with a preset resistance ratio. The feedback unit constantly maintains the voltage level difference between the power voltage and the internal voltage in response to the control signal.
