摘要 <p>According to an embodiment of the present invention, a sample layer can be easily sensed by analyzing the strength signals of two polarized beams split into a p-polarized beam and an s-polarized beam after passing through the sample layer formed on an optical fiber part. Especially, the embodiment of the present invention relates to an optical bio sensing and environment monitoring device using surface plasmon resonance comprising: a light source part for irradiating light; the optical fiber part which emits the light entered from one end to the other end by totally reflecting the light and which has a surface plasmon resonance part on which a metal layer and the sample layer are successively laminated on the outer edge of a core after a cladding material is removed; a polarized beam splitter part positioned in the other end of the optical fiber part to split the emitted light into the p-polarized beam and the s-polarized beam after the light passes through a retardant plate, such as a 1/2 wave retardant plate; a light sensing part for sensing the split p and s-polarized beams and outputting the strength signals of the p and s-polarized beams corresponding to the p and s-polarized beams; and a sample layer sensing part receiving at least one of the outputted strength signals of the p and s-polarized beams and sensing the sample layer based on the received strength variation of the p-polarized beam or the s-polarized beam which is changed depending on the variation of the double refraction due to the variation of the surface plasmon resonance conditions of the sample layer.</p>
