FIELD: mining.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to self-propelled mobile and stationary drilling units, and namely to components of a drilling derrick structure. The invention proposes an extension mechanism of an upper section of a drilling unit derrick, which includes a frame installed in upper part of the lower derrick section, hydraulic motors fixed on the frame and a shaft connecting hydraulic motors through planetary reduction gears fixed on supports. The shaft is installed on bearings and includes two sprockets, on which two roller two-row chains are pulled, as well as a tensioning device for two-row roller chains. Besides, the tensioning device consists of a frame fixed on upper derrick section, a slide installed by means of two bolts, with adjusting nuts, two eye rings with compression springs, poppets attached to the eye rings and nuts with lock pins. Besides, the device includes an attachment joint fixed at the bottom of upper section and including a bracket and a plank attached to the bracket with two bolts with locking washers.EFFECT: improving operating reliability of the device, reducing overall dimensions, increasing safety, as well as providing repairability under field conditions.8 dwg |
