A bitumen compound on the base of spent bitumen-ruberoid materials comprises fiberglass, mineral fiber or other roll filler and a coating bituminous mixture. In addition, the coating bituminous mixture consists of crushed waste bitumen-ruberoid material, spent oils and modifiers like DST-30-01 at a ratio to provide the desired viscosity of the coating bituminous mixture at a given temperature of its applying on the fiberglass, mineral fiber or other roll filler. |
