Disclosed is a balance control type transporting device. A disclosed balance control type transporting device comprises: a rail main body unit installed on the top of a transported package and wherein a rail groove is laterally formed; a movement connection unit provided with a hanging hole which a mounting ring is hooked and a support roller inserted into a rail groove and moved along the rail body unit; a fixing unit for fixing the movement connection unit in the rail body unit; a hanging unit extended to both sides of the lower rail body unit where the fixing unit is installed and which an adjusting groove is provided inside; and a connecting member for transporting the package as the upper part of the connecting member is connected to the hanging unit and the lower part thereof is connected to the package.
