A secondary side dynamic load detection system and method rapidly identify a dynamic load when the dynamic load is located on an output (in other words, when an electrical device is re-connected to a switching power converter). Besides, when a dynamic load state is detected by a secondary side detector, a dynamic load detection signal is communicated from the secondary side of the switching power converter to a switch controller on a primary side. The switch controller quickly controls a switching operation in response to a dynamic load state. |
