PURPOSE: A system for early management of bill quality is provided to allow a bill possessor to understand significant issues related to quality of bills, thereby easily and early grasping risky financial standing of bill drawer and effectively taking appropriate actions before dishonoring of bills. CONSTITUTION: A system(100) for early management of bill quality includes a control module(101) for early management of bill quality which controls an early-checking process of financial soundness of BD(Bill Drawer) and an early-checking process of state change of bills issued by BDs while communicating, via a wire/wireless network(3) and an interface module(102), with a BP information device(1) managed by a BP(Bill Possessor), a computational server(2) of credit-rating agency, a computational server(4) of banking agency, a computational server(5) of Korea Financial Telecommunications and Clearings Institute; a operation information storing module(103), a service source information processing module(104), a bill information registration support module(105), a BD-CO(Bill Drawer which is the financial quality Check Object) list generating module(106), a BD-CO financial state-related information collecting module(107), a BD-CO financial soundness check information generating module(108), a BD-CO financial soundness determination rule saving module(109), a BD-CO financial soundness check information noticing module(110), a BD-CO financial soundness detail information supporting module(111), an expiration date management supporting module(112), an EAB list generating module(113), an EAB state change information collecting module(114), an EAB state change information noticing module(115), and an EAB state change detail information supporting module(116) which are under the control of the control module for early management of bill quality.
