The present invention relates to an apparatus for transferring a turbocharger and an exhaust duct for an integrated power generation unit which is placed on the top of an enclosure and can easily transfer an engine turbocharger and a turbocharger exhaust duct. The apparatus for transferring a turbocharger and an exhaust duct which is placed on the top of an enclosure in which an engine is placed according to the present invention comprises: a support plate which is placed on the top of the enclosure; a circular support pipe which is fixed to and supported by the support plate; and a rotatable support body which is coupled to the circular support pipe and able to rotate 360°. The rotatable support body includes: an inserted support unit which is inserted into the circular support pipe; a rotating plate which is positioned at one end of the inserted support unit and placed across the circular support pipe; a body unit which is positioned at one end of the rotating plate; and a chain support unit which is perpendicularly connected to the body unit and includes a chain block at one side.
