PURPOSE: A black box for a vehicle, a monitoring camera device, and an accident video processing method using a network thereof are provided to utilize a network of black boxes and monitoring camera devices around the scene of a traffic accident, thereby obtaining videos of a dead-zone hard to record with a camera mounted on an accident vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An accident video processing method of a black box (100) for a vehicle includes the following steps of: storing videos recorded by a camera unit (160) in a temporary memory unit (180); wirelessly transmitting accident signals informing about the occurrence of an accident via an accident signal transceiving unit (150) when an accident sensing unit (130) senses the accident; fetching the videos for predetermined time before and after the accident is sensed from the temporary memory unit and storing the videos in a non-volatile memory; and fetching the videos for predetermined time before and after the accident signals are received from the temporary memory unit when the accident signals are received via the accident signal transceiving unit and storing the videos in a non-volatile memory.
