Provided is an envelope for roasting fish capable of, when fish is roasted on a frying pan, reducing pollution at a hood for a kitchen ventilating hood by reducing discharge of smoke including fish oil; maintaining cleanliness of a kitchen table and preventing a cook from suffering burns by preventing the fish oil from being scattered and boiling over out of the frying pan; making it easy to turn the fish on the frying pan while preventing the fish from getting damaged; and enhancing the convenience of cleaning the frying pan and dishes and reducing river pollution. For this, the present invention comprises: a rectangular upper surface covering part formed with thin food paper; a lower surface covering part facing the upper covering part; and side adhered parts adhering at least two ends in both sides, facing each other, of the upper and lower surface covering parts and connecting them. The present invention has one end of the upper and lower surface covering parts except the side adhered parts of both sides connected to a folded part formed by folding a sheet of paper in half or a rear adhered part; and the other of the upper and lower surface covering parts, corresponding to the folded part and the rear folded part, formed as an opening part through which the fish is inputted. |
