A process for the preparation of 2-R,R-amino-5-R-6-R-thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4(3H)-ones involves interaction of thienotetrazoles with nucleophilic reagent. Amines and hydrazines are used as nucleophilic reagent. The suspension of thienotriazole and amine or hydrazine is heated for 30-60 min. at 80-, cooled to room temperature, dissolved with water up to beginning of sedimentation, precipitate is filtered, recrystallized, and formed are compounds of general formula:,wherein R=alkyl, aryl;R=H, alkyl;R, R=H, alkyl, aryl, hetaryl. |
