A method for correcting the micronutrient homeostasis in newborn infants with DIUG, which are on artificial feeding, including prescribed medication of the main clinical symptoms, which are observed at the given pathology. Feeding of infants is carried out with the nutritional mixture "Nutrilon Preliminary care" in an equivalent of 50 ml/kg/day on the first day, on the second day - 57 ml/kg/day, on the third day - 63 ml/kg/day, on the fourth day - 69 ml/kg/day, on the fifth day - 76 ml/kg/day, on the sixth day - 82 ml/kg/day, on the seventh - 88 ml/kg/day, on the eighth day - 101 ml/kg/day, on the ninth day - 114 ml/kg/day, on the tenth day - 132 ml/kg/day, on the eleventh day - 151 ml/kg/day, on the twelfth and thirteenth day - 164 ml/kg/day, on the fourteenth, fifteenth and sixteenth day – 177 ml/kg/day, on the seventeenth, eighteenth and nineteenth day - 179 ml/kg/day, on the twentieth, twenty-first and twenty-second day - 182 ml/kg/day, on the twenty-third, twenty-fourth, twenty-fifth day - 184 ml/kg/day, on twenty-sixth, twenty-seventh and twenty-eighth day - 187 ml/kg/day, on twenty-ninth and thirtieth day - 190 ml/kg/day, calculating the volume and taking into account caloricity of the infants’ food mixture, which a newborn infant is to receive depending on the day of his/her life in the course of one month. |
