A device for fixation of bone fragments contains the cylindrical case with the thread inside matching the support-adjustable nuts moving along the thread. The nuts are equipped with the side opening matching the blocking elements. At the upper end-face of the case, the longitudinal threaded opening is made holding the compression screw with tool slot for screw tightening. Also at the upper end-face of the case, the through groove is made in perpendicular to the longitudinal axis in frontal plane with retaining screw. At the bottom of the case, the threaded openings in mutually perpendicular planes are made in perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. The openings match the fastening elements designed as the screws with full thread. The support-adjustable nuts are split consisting of two equal symmetrical parts interconnected with two screws passing through the threaded openings in the side facets of the nut. |
