摘要

A compound 1-(,1’-difluoro-2’-bromo-2’-choloroethyl)-6-methyluracil with potential physiological properties is prepared by interaction of known reactants and components of medicinal agents 6-methyluracil with halothane in molar ratio of 1:1. The reaction is carried out in the solvent system (benzene-dimethylformamide) under conditions of phase-transfer catalysis with dibenzo-18-crown-6-ether in alkaline medium.
