Disclosed is an arc welding device which previously senses a welding line minutely changed by using a seam tracker and improves a quality of a welded portion by changing welding conditions on a real time basis. The present invention includes a power supply unit supplying power for welding to a welding wire; a robot arm including a welding torch where the welding wire is supplied on the front end; the seam tracker which senses a condition of the welding line leading in the front side of the welding torch and the distance to a welding base material; and a control unit which controls the power supply unit by receiving a sensing result of the seam tracker.
