Disclosed are a terminal for a printed circuit board and a forming method thereof, capable of securing high corrosion and abrasion resistance and prevent cracks from occurring on a semiconductor chip. The terminal for the printed circuit board according to the present invention includes: a copper pattern which is formed on a circuit region of the lower side of a substrate; a plating layer to control the thickness, which covers the surface of the copper pattern; and an anticorrosive layer which is formed on the surface of the plating layer to control the thickness.
