The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing blueberry powder and a healthy food containing the blueberry powder and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a molded blueberry product and blueberry powder, which are produced in powder form by drying and pressing fresh blueberries to facilitate eating natural blueberries, and a healthy food containing the blueberry powder. The method for manufacturing the molded blueberry product according to the present invention comprises: a fresh blueberry preparing process for harvesting and sorting the fresh blueberries, then naturally drying them; a fresh blueberry drying process for removing moisture contained in the fresh blueberries; a blueberry pressing process for processing the blueberries dried at the fresh blueberry drying process into dough by passing them through a roller and milling them; an adding process for adding honey to the blueberry dough made at the blueberry pressing process; a blueberry sterilizing process for sterilizing the blueberry gone through the adding process; a blueberry forming process for putting the sterilized blueberry in a granulator and forming it into a product in a certain shape; and a molded blueberry product packing process for packing the formed blueberry product gone through the blueberry forming process and commercializing it.
