The present invention relates to a lifting device for lashing a cable, capable of smoothly performing a cable lashing work by conveniently lifting the wound cable. The lifting device for lashing a cable according to the present invention includes a support plate including an upper plate on which the wound cable is mounted and a support leg supporting the upper plate and a main body having a movable plate putted between the support legs of the support plate and lifted by a crosslink folding unit and a control panel controlling that the movable plate is vertically moved.
