According to an embodiment of the present invention, a thick plate process simulation apparatus comprises a thick plate simulation driving device for controlling the operation of virtual equipment; a dynamic simulator composition managing part for dynamically forming the thick plate simulation driving device according to a virtual equipment composition and an education mode selected from an educator; a simulation input and output part for transmitting a manipulation command inputted from the educator to the thick plate simulation driving device, and for outputting simulation result data of the virtual equipment received from the thick plate simulation driving device in real time; and a 3D visual display terminal for visualizing a movement of the virtual equipment.
