An IMS(Insulated Metal Substrate) substrate module is provided to regulate internal voltage characteristic by forming fin having dual bending structure. An IMS substrate module comprises an aluminum layer(130), an insulating layer, an IMS housing(210), and a fin block. The insulating layer is formed on the aluminum layer. The IMS housing includes a copper layer which is formed at the bottom side of the insulating layer. The fin block includes a fin part(210) which is partly contacted with the copper layer, and placed cross a predetermined gap from the copper layer. |
