FIELD: measurement equipment.SUBSTANCE: usage: to control average parameters of fibres in a fibre mass. Substance: consists in the fact that the fibre mass taken as reference is combed with discharge to a drum with an acoustically transparent, for instance, meshed surface, under the surface and above the surface of the meshed wall of the drum coaxially and normally to the wall surface they install radiating and perceiving sensors of acoustic oscillations and air condenser liners, after each full rotation of the drum they fix the value of the acoustic signal and the value of the air condenser capacity, taking samples from the beam, using standard methods, they determine the surface density of the beam and the quantity of fibres in direction of scanning, they build dependences of the surface density of the beam on the air condenser capacity and the value of the acoustic signal on the number of fibres in direction of scanning, using the dependences, they set the reference value of the required quantity of fibres, the controlled fibre is combed with discharge to the drum, continuously recording during each rotation of the drum the number of fibres in direction of scanning to the established reference value, and when it is achieved, the beam is stopped, and the average parameter of fibres is based on the value of surface density of the produced beam.EFFECT: higher accuracy, objectivity and efficiency of control.1 dwg |
