FIELD: metallurgy.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to metallurgy, and namely to heat-resistant nickel-based alloys and may be used during manufacturing of gas-turbine engines discs workpieces. Heat treatment method of gas-turbine engines discs from heat-resistant nickel-based alloys includes workpieces agening with further cooling in the air. Then repeated agening is performed in three stages with heating at the first stage to the temperature of 250-270 °C below temperature of complete dissolution of ?'-phase, and at the second and the third stages - to 750 and 700 °C respectively, at that at each of the tree stages workpieces are exposed from 2 to 17 hours and cooled in the air.EFFECT: method allows increasing long-term strength values and stabilising mechanical properties of nickel-based alloys.1 tbl, 1 ex |
