An electric outlet device for cutting off standby power to zero according to the present invention comprises: a load line connected to a terminal provided in a plug body of electrical equipment; a relay for turning on or off an electrical connection of a main lien to which commercial AC power is supplied and the load line; a sensor for sensing a value of current supplied to the electrical equipment; a control unit controlling the relay to be off if a sensing value inputted from the sensor is a value corresponding to a standby mode of the electrical equipment; a driving power unit for receiving power from the main lien through an input line and converting the power into DC power to supply driving power to the control unit; a contact switch for turning on or off an electrical connection of the main line and the input line; a supporting unit formed into a protrusion at an outlet groove portion to which the plug body is coupled to contact the plug body physically, wherein the supporting unit makes the contact switch be on by physically moving due to a movement of the plug body which is fitted into the outlet groove portion, and makes the contact switch be on while moving reversely due to restoration force from an elastic unit when the plug body is released from the outlet groove potion.
