PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing the side frame of a refrigerator door is provided to form the diameter of a welding electrode contact with a frame exposed outside to be larger than the diameter of other welding electrode not exposed inside, thereby preventing the generation of a welding mark on at least a part exposed outside. CONSTITUTION: A side frame of a refrigerator door includes a first and a second frame (10,20), and a fastening part (50). The frames respectively provide a first and a second assembling part (30) on which the front and the rear member (110,120) of the door are assembled. The fastening part is integrated with or is separately welded on the first frame, and the cover members (130) of the door are assembled on the fastening part. The frames are integrally welded each other through a roll forming process or a press processing process with steel material. The flat parts of the frames are mutually spot-welded, and at least one component assembling part is integrated with the second frame. |
