A method for diagnostics of content of movable compounds of manganese, zinc, iron elements in black earths includes standard soil cluster sampling, screening through sieve with openings of 1 mm, weighting a sample with weight of 10 g, pouring the sample to a 100 ml flask, wetting sample with distillated water to 60 percent of total moisture capacity of soil, covering the flask with film, keeping sample for 7-10 days at a temperature of 28-30 °C, addition of 50 ml of ammonium-acetate buffer solution with pH 4.8, shaking for a hour, filtration to the 100 ml flask and determination of content of manganese, zinc, iron by the method of atomic absorption spectrophotometry. |
