A boring head of hinged type is made in the form of a shank, which is in interaction with a bush, in the lower part of which boring cutters are radially located, and in the upper part of the bush evenly in a circle for example three fingers are installed, that are in contact with grooves formed in the shank and bush, and to the non-working ends of cutters the plates are connected by hinges for relative rotation. On the shank along its length a helical groove is made, which is in interaction with the heads of fingers, and the boring cutters are mounted on the lower base of bush, wherein in the central opening, for example three hinges are set at certain angles therebetween and boring cutters, and in the area above the boring cutting in the bush are made shaped recesses to accommodate the chips, moreover, in the lower end of the shank on a cylindrical groove a slotted surface is made that by internal surface interacts with the inner hole of a slotted bush, whose lower base is made with a transverse groove, which is in interaction with a middle hinge with possibility of its rotation. |
