The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a sea cucumber extract and a cosmetic composition containing the same and more specifically, to a method comprising: (1) a step for quickly freezing and freeze-drying the meat and intestines of sea cucumber; (2) a step for mixing the pulverized meat and intestines of sea cucumber with water and fermenting by inoculating with Bacillus subtilis, Lactobacillus, and yeast; and (3) a step for aging the fermented liquor, which is obtained by inoculating at least one strain selected among the Bacillus subtilis, Lactobacillus, and yeast. Thus, the present invention relates to the cosmetic composition with differentiated effects in moisturizing, elasticity, whitening, anti-wrinkling, anti-atopy, and anti-inflammation compared to the existing products by using a bioactive substance of the fermented natural marine resource. |
