The purpose of the present invention is to provide an electrode, and a method and an apparatus for manufacturing the same. The electrode is suitable for successively coating active material layers and arranging spacer members. The apparatus for manufacturing the electrode comprises: a non-coating construction region (11) where an active material (12A) is not coated, wherein the active material (12A) is extended, in the longitudinal direction with a fixed width, to at least one end part on the width direction of string shaped raw fabric (1); and coating construction parts (4, 6) which are considered as the active material layer (12B), wherein the active material (12A) is coated successively and longitudinally on the residual part of the width direction for the active material layers (12B). An insulating agent (13A) for an insulation layer (13B) is coated longitudinally on an insulating region (13) which has a preset width. The insulating agent (13A) is coated along the boundary between the non-coating construction region (11) and a coating construction region (12) in the step before or after coating the raw fabric. |
