METHOD OF COMPENSATING MOLDING ERROR OF TRAY

A method for compensating for molding error of a tray comprises the steps of: sampling some recesses among die seating recesses on a tray of which molding is finished; comparing positions of the sampled die seating recesses with preset reference positions and calculating molding errors of the sampled die seating recesses; calculating overall molding errors of the die seating recesses on the overall tray by using the molding errors of the sampled recesses; and compensating for the molding errors with respect to the reference positions to make the die sit correctly on the die seating recesses. Therefore the present invention can prevent poor seating of the die caused by the molding errors of the tray.
