PURPOSE: A guide bar-detachable oil cooler is provided to adjust the length of a long guide bar installed in an oil cooler by the separation of a part of the guide bar. CONSTITUTION: A guide bar-detachable oil cooler comprises a body(2), a fixing guide bar(4), multiple cooling plates(5), multiple sealing portions(6), a pressing plate(7), and an extension guide bar(9). The body has a cooling water inlet(21), an oil inlet(22), a cooling water outlet, and an oil outlet. The fixing guide bar is installed on the single-side of the body. The cooling plates are inserted into the fixing guide bar. The cooling plates have a guide groove(55), a first through-hole(51), a second through-hole(52), a third through-hole(53), and a fourth through-hole(54). The sealing portions comprise a flow path, a first pass hole, and a second pass hole. The pressing plate compresses the cooling plate and the sealing portion to prevent the leakage of the cooling water and the oil. The extension guide bar is coupled with the fixing guide bar. |
