PURPOSE: An LED module lighting control device for an underground parking lot reduces unnecessary power consumption by lighting a part of LED modules in normal and lighting all the LED modules when a car enters the underground parking lot. CONSTITUTION: An image detection unit (110) photographs an image in a predetermined region of an underground parking lot. An image processing unit (120) obtains a distance value (S1) from the image detection unit to an actual object. A parking lot illumination control unit (130) outputs multiple switching signals to control the illuminance of the parking lot. An illumination unit (140) includes LED modules including a turned-on LED group and multiple turned-off LED groups. The illumination unit successively turns on the turned-off LED groups according to the increase or decrease of the distance value.
