PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an insulating substrate is provided to reduce an inferiority rate of dimensional stability and bending by improving a moisture-resistance. CONSTITUTION: In a manufacturing method of an insulating substrate, the surface of an inorganic reinforcing substrate(10) as a sheet is processed by using a silane coupling agent coupled with an epoxy functional group. The processed surface of the inorganic reinforcing substrate is processed by using an epoxy resin into which a hardener is added. The outcomes of each step are laminated, and then are compressed and dried. |
