The device (10) has an intermediate part (19) interposed between an element (14) and a base (12). The element is mounted on the part pivoting along an inclination correcting axis (A2) to correct inclination of the element. The part is pivotingly mounted on the base along a raising axis (A3) to assure elevation of a free end (20) of the element with respect to the base. Two element lifting devices e.g. jacks such as single and double body jacks, are pivotingly mounted on the base and connected to the element on both sides of an axis (A1). A control device controls each of the lifting devices. |
