The present invention relates to a method for evaluating the health of a fetus, the method comprising the steps of: detecting a biosignal from the abdomen of a mother; amplifying the detected biosignal and removing noise to output the biosignal; extracting electrocardiogram data of a fetus from the output signal and converting the extracted electrocardiogram data of the fetus into a digital signal; and recognizing the state of health of the fetus on the basis of entropy information obtained by segmenting, by frame, the heart rate variability (HRV) signal of the fetus read from the converted signal, and nonlinearly analyzing, by the preset period, the HRV signal by frame.
