<p>The device has a bag (1) and a plate of paper or cardboard (3) which is fixed to the inside and opposite to the opening (2) of the bag, where the plate of paper or cardboard has indented lines or folds (4) to enable the folding of two opposing wings (5), through which the excrement is picked up from the ground.
