The present invention relates to an apparatus for measuring pollution index of a filtration membrane, characterized by comprising: a raw water supply unit for supplying raw water to be measured; a plurality of filtration membranes having filtration properties different from one another; a path line for connecting the plurality of filtration membranes parallel to the raw water supply unit; a plurality of flow rate measuring units installed to a discharged side of each of the filtration membranes corresponding to the multiple filtration membranes for measuring the flow rate of the raw water passing through each of the filtration membranes; at least one auxiliary filtration membrane installed at an inflow side of at least one of the plurality of filtration membranes and having filtration properties different from the corresponding filtration membrane; and a pollution index measuring unit for measuring pollution indexes of each of the filtration membranes on the basis of the flow rate measured by the flow rate measuring unit. Accordingly, the apparatus has a simple structure, therefore, can be applied to a seawater desalination plant or a portable measurement apparatus, and can reduce relative measurement time with accuracy of the measurement.
