The present invention relates to a lamination barrier film which is used as packaging materials and blocks external gas or steam. The present invention provides a lamination barrier film which includes one or more graphene laminates with a graphene layer and a parylene layer. The present invention includes the graphene layer and the parylene layer, provides improved barrier properties, and improves mechanical properties including strength and dimensional stability.
