The present invention relates to a device for implanting a bio-compatible breast prosthesis, and more particularly, to a device for implanting a bio-compatible breast prosthesis, wherein the device comprises: a prosthesis implanting bag equipped with a check valve therein; a minute tube connected with the check valve in a detachable type; a catheter capable of rolling the prosthesis implanting bag therein and accommodating the minute tube; and a fluid precise pressing element for supplying a prosthesis into the prosthesis implanting bag. According to the present invention, a minimally invasive plastic surgery involving minimally surgical incision is allowable, and the volume dose of prosthesis can be conveniently and precisely controlled during and after surgery. Further, a device for implanting a bio-compatible breast prosthesis without the fear of side effects can be provided due to the use of a bio-compatible prosthesis.
