The present invention relates to an apparatus for separating and removing a protection cap automatically which is attached to a specific part of a PCB and more specifically, to an invention for separating a protection cap as lifting an end part of the protection cap by giving flexibility of seesaw type to a PCB. According to the cap separator of a PCB of the present invention, links (13) are connected to a rod (12) moved by the power of a cylinder (11) through an axis (13a), and each link is connected to a rotation plate (14) so that a first driving part (10A) rotates the rotation plate clockwise or counterclockwise. A first operation part (20A) is installed at both sides of the rotation plate, and is elevated by contacting operation rods (21) supported by a spring (21a). A second driving part (10B) and a second operation part (20B) with the same configuration are installed on the lower part of the first operation part and the first driving part installed on the upper side as facing each other. A PCB (30) is placed between the operation rods of the first operation part and the second operation part facing each other, and operates like a seesaw so that a part of a protection cap attached to the upper part and the lower part of the PCB is lifted and separated. |
