Disclosed is a method for manufacturing an electrode material using a hydrothermal synthesis method. The method for manufacturing an electrode material of the present invention comprises the steps of: (a) generating a stream including the electrode material by mixing a precursor for preparing the electrode material with high-temperature and high-pressure water to react; (b) cooling the stream including the electrode material by allowing the stream to pass through a heat exchanger; (c) transferring the stream including the cooled electrode material to a decompressor so as to reduce the pressure; (d) and transferring the decompressed stream including the electrode material to a concentrator so as to generate the concentrated electrode material. The present invention can stably maintain synthesis conditions and allow continuous mass-production and secure operation safety of synthesis processes. In particular, by installing the concentrator at the rear end of the decompressor, a low-pressure concentrator can be applied so as to reduce costs, and by increasing a rate of heat recovery caused by multiple heat exchanger, energy reducing effects can be displayed.
