The present invention uses water and pH testing paper; and has a purpose for providing a pin hole inspection apparatus for a membrane electrode group of a fuel cell capable of solving existing problems by enabling a user to effectively inspect the location of a pinhole through a changed part according to the color change of the pH testing paper and capable of enabling the user to reuse the pinhole inspection apparatus after the inspection. According to the present invention, the pinhole inspection apparatus for the membrane electrode group of the fuel cell makes a feature of comprising: a lower chunk for supporting a membrane electrode group; water equally distributed to an upper surface of the membrane electrode group; and the pH testing paper inserted between the membrane electrode group and the lower chunk and for confirming the location and existence of the pinhole by changing the color with the water which passes through the pinhole when the pinhole is existed in the membrane electrode group.
