The present invention relates to a dispenser pump. The dispenser pump includes a cap part joined to a container for accepting contents; a shaft part which is installed on the cap part to be elevated and which has an internal flow passage for allowing the contents of the container to flow; a head part which is arranged on the top of the cap part to be joined to the shaft part and which has an outlet on the outer circumference to connect the flow passage to the outside; and a cover part which is installed on the head part to be rotated and which opens or closes the outlet by rotating into an opening position or a closing position. |
