POLYMERIC COMPOUND AND PHOTOSENSITIVE COMPOSITION COMPRISING THE SAME

The application is about a photosensitive composition which is effective in manufacturing an organic insulator film used in a thin-film transistor liquid crystal display element (TFT LCD) and a polymer compound which is effective for this. When using a photosensitive composition using a polymer compound provided in the application, generation of residues and back taper is effectively blocked in forming a hole pattern of the organic insulator film.
