The present invention relates to an insulation panel for construction and a construction method of outside insulation using the same and more specifically, to an insulation panel for construction allowing air to be vertically circulated inside through a ventilation layer provided inside, which multiple neighboring panels are fixedly installed on a wall of autoclaved lightweight concrete (ALC) block houses, a wall of red clay block houses, a wall of concrete houses, a wall of wooden houses, or a wall of remodeling brick houses, to be horizontally and vertically interconnected in multiple stages, and which a ventilation layer is provided which prevents condensation on a wall of a house by automatically adjusting temperatures and humidity inside, and to a construction method of outside insulation using the same. |
