PURPOSE: A contents authoring system and a service method thereof are provided to manufacture and share contents by easily writing the contents which are linked to one screen by anyone. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal (20) is comprised of a PC or a smart device. A service platform provides website information by being connected to a user terminal through internet network. The service platform provides a contents authoring tool screen of software as a service (SaaS) form to the screen of the user terminal. A service server (41) mounts a contents authoring tool of SaaS form. A web server (42) provides a web service through internet network. A contents server (43) stores various types of contents which are generated by an upload from the user terminal by separating the contents according to category. A financial payment server provides a cost payment according to a provision of charged contents.
