A knee airbag device is provided to reduce manufacturing cost and weight of the device by simplifying the manufacturing process and the number of components of the device. A knee airbag device comprises a cushion(30) in an unfolded state, a skin(35) to which the cushion is adhered, an inflator(20) supplying gas to the cushion, and a retainer(10) in which the skin and inflator are assembled. The skin has the cushion and an expanded foam(33) therein such that the expanded foam maintains the shape of the skin. The expanded foam is formed by foaming urethane. |
