Disclosed is a bell-mouse unit which locally heats around a bell-mouse using a heat transfer fluid to facilitate the intake and discharge of fluids. The bell-mouse unit may include a body which is arranged at the end of the pipe of a ship tank for storing fluids and of which the sidewall has a heat transfer fluid passage; a heat transfer fluid supply pipe at the inlet of the heat transfer fluid passage to supply the heat transfer fluid; and a heat transfer fluid discharge pipe at the outlet of the heat transfer fluid passage to discharge the heat transfer fluid from the heat transfer fluid passage.
